摘要
目的:建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定升麻中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:用反相高效液相色谱法,以μ-BondaPak-C_(18)为固定相,甲醇-1％冰醋酸水溶液(50:50)为流动相。UV检测波长:320nm。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.104～1.04μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,Y=263.1X+447r=0.9997;加样回收平均回收率为99.76％,RSD为0.91％(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,重现性好,可做为该药材的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of ferulic acidin cimicifuga foetida L. Method: Using μ-BondaPak-C_(18) as column,methanol-1% acetic acid solution(50:50)as the mobile phase,detection wavelength was 320nm. Results: The calibration curves were linear inthe range of 0.104～1.04μg for ferulic acid,regression equation Y=263.1x+447,correlation coefficientr=0.9997, average recovery was 99.76%, RSD=0.91% (n=6). Concusion: This method is simple, re-producible and can be used for the quality control of the medicinal herbs.
