摘要
目的探讨颈肩腰腿痛患者接受不同物理康复疗法治疗的价值。方法选取颈肩腰腿痛患者200例,时间为2014年3月~2015年7月,根据治疗方法的不同分为4组,即中频电疗法组、中医疗法组、中频电疗法联合中医疗法组,热敷法组,每组50例,对4组颈肩腰腿痛患者治疗结果的差异性进行观察分析。结果中频电疗联合中医疗法组颈肩腰腿痛患者的疗效、对治疗的满意度优于其他组(P<0.05);中频电疗法组与中频电疗联合中医疗法组出现CRP水平明显升高的情况,与其他组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈肩腰腿痛患者接受中频电疗法联合中医疗法进行物理康复治疗,具有较高的价值。
Objective To explore the value of different physical rehabilitation therapy on the neck and back pain. Methods 200 cases of neck and shoulder pain patients from March 2014 to July 2015 were selected.According to different treatment method, they were divided into medium frequency electrotherapy group,Chinese medicine therapy group,medium frequency electrotherapy combined with TCM therapy group,hot compress group with 50 cases in each. Difference of treatment outcome of the four groups were observed and analyzed. Results Efficacy and satisfaction with treatment of medium frequency electrotherapy combined with TCM therapy group was better than that of other groups （P 〈 0.05）.CRP level of medium frequency electrotherapy group and medium frequency electrotherapy combined with TCM therapy group was obviously increases.Compared with other groups,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Medium frequency electrotherapy combined with TCM therapy for patients with neck and back pain has higher value.
