摘要
阐述高校"辅导员—班主任—学业导师"学生管理模式的内涵,分析该模式存在的问题及其原因,在此基础上提出如下对策:优化辅导员、班主任及学业导师队伍结构,提升工作水平;全面提升辅导员、班主任及学业导师的综合素质;完善"辅导员—班主任—学业导师"学生管理工作协调机制。
This essay expounded the connotation of the student management mode of he “coun-selor-class supervisor-academic tutor” in colleges and universities. It analyzed the existing problems and the reasons of this mode, and on the basis of this it put forward the following countermeasures: optimizing the team structure of the counselors, class supervisors and aca-demic tutors to enhance the work level; comprehensively promoting the overall quality of coun-selors ,class supervisors and academic tutors; perfecting the coordination management mecha-nism of the “counselor-class supervisor-academic tutor” in student work.
