摘要
阐述高校"辅导员—班主任—学业导师"学生管理模式的内涵,分析该模式存在的问题及其原因,在此基础上提出如下对策:优化辅导员、班主任及学业导师队伍结构,提升工作水平;全面提升辅导员、班主任及学业导师的综合素质;完善"辅导员—班主任—学业导师"学生管理工作协调机制。
This essay expounded the connotation of the student management mode of he “coun-selor-class supervisor-academic tutor” in colleges and universities. It analyzed the existing problems and the reasons of this mode, and on the basis of this it put forward the following countermeasures： optimizing the team structure of the counselors, class supervisors and aca-demic tutors to enhance the work level; comprehensively promoting the overall quality of coun-selors ,class supervisors and academic tutors; perfecting the coordination management mecha-nism of the “counselor-class supervisor-academic tutor” in student work.
