摘要 目的研究白细胞介素17A(IL-17A)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在寻常型银屑病患者皮损中的表达,并分析其与患者银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)的相关性,从而进一步探讨IL-17A、VEGF在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测寻常型银屑病皮损组织和健康对照组皮肤组织中IL-17A、VEGF的表达水平并进行比较。结果寻常型银屑病患者皮损中IL-17A、VEGF的表达水平显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),皮损中IL-17A、VEGF的表达水平与患者PASI呈正相关(r_1=0.61,P<0.01;r_2=0.58,P<0.01)。结论 IL-17A、VEGF在银屑病发病过程中起着重要作用,在皮损中的表达水平可作为反映银屑病严重程度的一个指标。 Objective In order to investigate the expression of IL-17A and VEGF in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and its eorrelationship with psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) and the role of IL-17A and VEGF in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods The expression of IL-17A and VEGF in the lesions of patients with psoriasis and the control group was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of IL-17A and VEGF in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients had significant statistical difference from the expression of the control(P〈0.05) and had significant correlation with PASI score (r1=0.61, P〈0.01;r2=0.58, P〈0.01). Conclusion IL-17A and VEGF play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, the expression level of IL-17A, VEGF can be used as an index to reflect the severity of psoriasis.
