摘要
为探究林碳票市场交易机制与森林生态补贴形式的差异性,以节省更多的社会成本。研究通过经济学分析了林碳票市场结构和市场运行成本。研究结果显示目前已有的森林生态补偿方式包括财政补偿和传统的清洁发展机制下的森林碳汇市场,都不能满足森林生态服务生产的需求,亟需创新补偿方式。研究结论:当向社会提供同样多的森林生态服务时,林碳票市场交易机制较生态补贴形式能节省更多的社会成本。
The study through an economic analysis of forest carbon market structure and market operation costs. The re-suits showed that there are ways include financial compensation of forest ecological compensation and traditional under theclean development mechanism of forest carbon sink market, cannot meet the production requirements of forest ecosystemservices, needs to be innovation compensation mode. So as to provide the same amount of forest ecosystem services, theforest carbon market trading mechanism is ecological form of subsidies can save more social costs.
