传统手术与微创旋切术治疗乳腺多发性肿块的临床效果观察 被引量:8

Clinical Effect of Traditional Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Multiple Breast Tumors

摘要 目的对传统手术与微创旋切术治疗乳腺多发性肿块的临床效果进行观察与比较。方法选取我院2012年10月至2015年10月间收治的111例乳腺多发性肿块患者,并将这些患者随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块,实验组采取微创旋切手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块。对比两组患者的手术进行时间、手术过程中的出血量以及手术产生的切口愈合时间,并且对比两组的术后感染率。结果通过对比可知,实验组患者的手术时间为(19.7±4.7)min,出血量为(6.42±3.1)m L,切口愈合时间为(2.9±1.7)d,明显优于对照组患者的手术时间(27.9±3.9)min,出血量为(16.2±4.3)m L,切口愈合时间为(7.1±2.3)d,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的术后感染率接近。数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用微创旋切术治疗乳腺多发性肿块可以有效减少患者做手术的时间和手术期间出血量,使伤口愈合速度加快,术后伤口被感染的几率小,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of traditional surgery and minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of multiple breast tumors.Methods By selecting 111 cases of patients treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 with multiple breast tumors,and dividing them randomly into two groups,control group with 55 cases and experimental group with 56 cases.Control group used the traditional surgery and experimental group was treated with minimally invasive rotary cutting operation to treat the multiple breast tumors.Comparison was made in the operation time,blood loss in the process of operation and surgical incision healing time between two groups,and postoperative infection of the two groups as well.Results Comparison showed that the operation time of patients in the experimental group was (19.7±4.7) min,the bleeding loss was (6.42±3.1) mL and the incision healing time was(2.9±1.7) d,while,in the control group,the operation time was(27.9±3.9) min,the bleeding loss was(16.2±4.3) mL,incision healing time was (7.1±2.3) d.Apparently,the experimental group was more advantageous than the control group,with The statistically significant difference (P〉0.05).The patients in both groups had the same postoperative infection.Data comparison difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of multiple breast tumors,minimally invasive rotary cutting operation can effectively reduce the operation time and blood loss,accelerate wound healing,reduce postoperative wound infection rates.It deserves the clinical expansion.
