摘要
采用辣木提取物和桑葚提取物制备一种具有解酒功能的饮品,并通过动物醉酒实验和人群自愿者醉酒实验,解酒饮品均表现出显著的解酒效果,并具有足够的安全性。提出解酒饮品的酒店推广模式,覆盖产品销售的全过程。
Muringa extract and mulberry extract were used to prepare a beverage with antialcoholic function, and the effects of hangover and drunkenness were observed. The results showed that the antialcoholic drinks had significant antialcoholic effect and had sufficient safety. Then a promotion model of hangover drink was proposed covering the whole process of product sales, with theoretical reference value.
