30例鼻咽癌咽后淋巴结转移的CT、MRI诊断对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析研究鼻咽癌咽后淋巴结转移的CT、MRI诊断效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月在我院接收的初诊鼻咽癌一共有30例,30例患者均在治疗之前进行鼻咽以及颈部的MRI、CT检测,对2种诊断方法的鼻咽癌咽后淋巴结转移的检出率给予对比。结果60侧(30例患者)咽旁间隙当中,MRI的检出率为46.7%(28/60),CT的检出率为36.7%(22/60)。MRI对咽后淋巴结转移的检出率明显高于CT(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌咽后淋巴结转移采取MRI进行诊断的效果明显优于CT,在鼻咽癌的三维适形强调放射治疗当中,两种诊断方法联合应用,可以使靶区勾画的精确度明显提高。
