摘要
采用浊度法,按照IEEE1451.2标准设计出即插即用型油分浓度传感器,满足船舶油污水排放检测的实时性和严苛的可靠性要求。该传感器采用半冗余设计,正常工作时,双输入通道轮流通电采集取平均,减少各元器件自身误差及其环境温度变化产生的误差;某输入通道故障时,采用单通道继续工作,待时机合适维修。试验验证该传感器精度满足船用要求,稳定可靠。
In this paper we designed a novel plug-and-play sensor according to the standard IEEE 1451.2 based on turbidity method, which met the stringent real-time and reliability requirements for ship waste oil water discharge detection. Semi-redundant design was applied to the sensor, dual-channel worked alternately and the sensor averaged the acquired data under normal working conditions to reduce the errors arise from electronic components and temperature variation in the circuit.The system continued to work with single-channel while waited for repair if any channel failed. Experiment results demonstrate that the sensor fulfills the marine requirements ,which is stable and realiable.
