摘要
目的:研究白芍的高效液相色谱指纹图谱及芍药总苷的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法测定了11批白芍样品。测试条件为C_(18)色谱柱(Xtimate C18;4.6mm×250mm;5μm),以乙腈和0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0m L/min。结果:白芍药材的液相色谱指纹图谱共检出11个共有色谱特征峰,其中以芍药总苷为主。结论:该方法简单、快捷且特征性和专属性极强,为科学评价白芍的质量控制提供了可靠方法,为白芍的临床应用提供了依据。
Objective: To investigate the fingerprint of Radix Paeoniae Alba using high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) and the method for the measurement of total glycosides. Methods: HPLC was used for the measurement of 11 batches of Radix Paeoniae Alba samples. HPLC was performed on a C18column( Xtimate C18;4. 6mm × 250mm; 5μm) with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a detection wavelength of 230 nm and a flow rate of 1. 0 m L/min. Results: A total of 11 common characteristic peaks were detected in the chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Paeoniae Alba,mainly total glycosides. Conclusion: This method is simple and convenient and has strong characteristic features and specificity. It provides a reliable method for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae Alba and a basis for the clinical application of Radix Paeoniae Alba.
