摘要
目的:研究白芍的高效液相色谱指纹图谱及芍药总苷的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法测定了11批白芍样品。测试条件为C_(18)色谱柱(Xtimate C18;4.6mm×250mm;5μm),以乙腈和0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0m L/min。结果:白芍药材的液相色谱指纹图谱共检出11个共有色谱特征峰,其中以芍药总苷为主。结论:该方法简单、快捷且特征性和专属性极强,为科学评价白芍的质量控制提供了可靠方法,为白芍的临床应用提供了依据。
Objective： To investigate the fingerprint of Radix Paeoniae Alba using high-performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） and the method for the measurement of total glycosides. Methods： HPLC was used for the measurement of 11 batches of Radix Paeoniae Alba samples. HPLC was performed on a C18column（ Xtimate C18;4. 6mm × 250mm; 5μm） with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a detection wavelength of 230 nm and a flow rate of 1. 0 m L/min. Results： A total of 11 common characteristic peaks were detected in the chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Paeoniae Alba,mainly total glycosides. Conclusion： This method is simple and convenient and has strong characteristic features and specificity. It provides a reliable method for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae Alba and a basis for the clinical application of Radix Paeoniae Alba.
