较高负压烟气环境下PM_(2.5)测试技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过分析ELPI(静电低压撞击器,10 L/min)配套稀释器的工作原理,提出适用于负压烟气环境的科学合理的工程细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))测试方法,稀释器排气口等压处理,提高稀释空气的压力,并通过现场测试,探讨测试方法的合理性。在较低负压环境下,2种方法均可满足要求;当采样烟气负压达到-7 000Pa左右时,200 kPa稀释器随着采样环境压力的波动稀释比会有较明显的变化,-17 000 Pa时,300 kPa的稀释器也不再适用;对于较高负压环境,建议开发更大压力的稀释器,进一步扩大ELPI的适用范围。 The working principle of ELPI diluter was analysed, and PM2.5 test method for negative pressure gas environment was proposed, which was diluter same pressure treatment and improving dilution air pressure, explored the rationality of the test method through the field test. Both of the methods can meet the requirements in the smaller negative pressure environment. When sampling gas pressure reaches around -7 000 Pa. there will be more apparent dilution ratio to the variation of environmental change of 200 kPa diluter, 300 kPa diluter will be no longer applicable with -17 000 Pa; For a bigger negative pressure environment, it is suggested that develops bigger pressure diluter. The research aims to explore a scientific and reasonable low concentration testing techniques and methods, expand the ELPI scope further.
