摘要
目的在政府职能转变、事业单位改革的形势下,为国际旅行卫生保健中心(以下简称保健中心)能够形成自身的特色发展之路,成长为唯一的、不可替代的国际旅行医学机构提供发展思路。方法结合保健中心工作性质、行业特点和面临的局面,探讨发展思路。结果各级保健中心要树立危机意识、团队意识和整体意识,从发展定位、服务能力、品牌建设等方面着手,提升社会影响力和社会认可度。结论改革既是挑战又是机遇,保健中心一定要主动改变,积极作为,顺应新形势,适应新环境,充分发挥自身职能作用和行业优势,形成中国特色的国际旅行医学机构以促进事业的持续健康发展。
Objective Under the situation of government functions transformation and public institutions reform, to provide sustainable development ideas for ITHC to form its own characteristic development road and becoming the unique and irreplaceable international travel medical institutions. Methods Discuss the development ideas combined with the job nature, industry features and the external situation of ITHC. Results ITHC of all levels should have crisis sense, team spirit and integral consciousness, increasing the social influence and social recognition by the efforts of development orientation, service ability, brand construction and other fields.Conclusion There are both opportunities and challenges in institutions reform. ITHC must take the initiative to change, take active actions, adopt to the new situation, give full play to the functions and industry advantage and grow up to the international travel medical institution of Chinese characteristics so as to improve the sustainable health development.
