摘要
目的探讨保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法将2013年1月~2015年5月间68例早期乳腺癌患者分为保乳组(n=35)和根治组(n=33),对比分析两组临床疗效。结果保乳组手术时间、住院时间和术中失血量明显少于根治组(P<0.01)。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组生存情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。保乳组乳房美容效果和FACT-B评分均明显优于根治组(P<0.01)。结论保乳手术具有创伤小、恢复快、外观美容的优点,能显著提高早期乳腺癌患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods From January,2013 to May,2015,68 cases of early breast cancer patients were divided into breast conserving group（n=35） and radical treatment group（n=33）,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Operation time,the length of hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss of the breast conserving group were significantly less than those of the radical group（P〈0.01）.Difference of the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Difference of survival situations between the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Breast cosmetic effect and FACT-B score of the breast conserving group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Breast conserving therapy has the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery and cosmetic appearance,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with early breast cancer.
