100例骨折患者治疗中锁定加压钢板的临床应用价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探索100例骨折患者治疗中锁定加压钢板的临床应用价值。方法:选取收治的100例四肢骨折患者,将患者动态随机化分为两组,两组患者各有50例,对照组和观察组分别采用普通接骨板治疗和锁定加压钢板治疗。结果:观察组优良率(98.00%)、总不良事件发生率(2.00%)、住院时间(38.94±3.58)d明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折患者效果显著。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of locking compression plate in the treatment of 100 patients with fracture.Methods:100 patients with fractures of limbs were randomly divided into two groups. There were 50 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with ordinary bone graft Plate treatment and locking compression plate treatment.Results:The excellent and good rate (98.00%), the total adverse event rate (2.00%) and the hospital stay (38.94 ± 3.58) d in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:Locking compression plate is effective in the treatment of fractures of extremities.
