摘要
目的:总结胸腔镜辅助记忆合金环抱器治疗多发肋骨骨折的临床手术疗效。方法:回顾性分析38例采用胸腔镜辅助记忆合金环抱器治疗的多发肋骨骨折(观察组)患者的临床资料,并与同期34例保守治疗(对照组)患者进行比较。结果:观察组患者全部临床治愈出院,术后的胸痛程度、胸痛时间、住院时间以及胸廓畸形发生率、呼吸机辅助呼吸率以及并发症发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜辅助记忆合金环抱器治疗多发肋骨骨折患者具有恢复快、固定可靠、创伤小、并发症少等优势,是一种理想的治疗方法,值得临床应用推广。
Objective：To summarize the clinical effect of multiple rib fractures by memory alloy embracing fixator under video-assisted thoracoscopic.Methods：We made a retrospective analysis with memory alloy embracing fixator under video-assisted thoracoseopie for treatment of multiple rib fractures in 38 cases （observation group）, and compared with 34 cases of conservative treatment （control group）.Results：The patients in the observation group were all cured clinically, postoperative chest pain, chest pain time, hospitalization time and thoracic deformity rate, ventilation rate and complication rate were significantly better than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of multiple rib fractures with memory alloy embracing fixator under video-assisted thoracoscopic is an ideal treatment method for patients, which has the advantages of quick recovery, reliable fixation, less trauma, less complications, and is worthy of clinical application.
