摘要
阐述行为安全理论的方法原理及其工作机制,规范其在煤矿生产中的具体流程,评价企业基本状况并设计行为安全目标,通过对工作人员的观察,纠正与规范其行为,根据反馈信息提出完善行为安全管理的策略。实践发现,企业将行为安全管理理论落实到煤矿生产中能够提高企业的经济效益。
This paper described the principle and working mechanism of behaviorial safety theory so as to standardize the specific process in coal mine production, evaluate the basic situation of enterprises and set the targets of behavior safety. Through the observation of the staff, the conduct of the staff was corrected and regulated and the strategies of improving safety management were also put forward according to the feedback information. Based on the practice, it was found that the companies which act the theory of behaviorial safety management could achieve the improvemennt in the economic benefits.
