摘要
目的探讨系统化疼痛护理对晚期肿瘤患者的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月间华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院收治的120例晚期内科肿瘤患者,采用简单随机抽样法将120例肿瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组患者给予系统化疼痛护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。两周后,评估两组患者疼痛的缓解程度以及疼痛对睡眠、食欲、情绪和活动四个方面的影响程度。结果观察组患者疼痛评分0~3级、4~7级和8~10级的患者例数分别为36例(60.0%)、13例(21.7%)和11例(18.3%),而对照组患者疼痛评分0~3级、4~7级和8~10级的患者例数分别为25例(41.7%)、10例(16.6%)和25例(41.7%),观察组患者疼痛缓解情况好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疼痛对睡眠、食欲、情绪和活动影响的评分低于对照组患者,疼痛缓解情况好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化疼痛护理可以有效的缓解晚期肿瘤患者的疼痛强度并降低疼痛对睡眠、食欲、情绪和活动方面的影响程度。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of systematic pain management in patients with advance cancer. Methods A simple random sampling method was applied to 120 patients with cancer treated at our Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College Huazhong University of Science and Technology from June 2014 to June 2015. Patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with each group containing 60 patients. The observation group was given systematic nursing and the control group was given the conventional nursing. Two weeks later,the degree of pain relief and its influence on sleep,appetite,mood and activity were evaluated. Results Pain scores of 0 - 3,4 - 7 and 8 - 10 were observed in 36（ 60. 0%）,13（ 21. 7%） and 11（ 18. 3%） patients in the observation group respectively which were better than 25（ 41. 7%）,10（ 16. 6%） and 25（ 41. 7%） patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effect of pain on sleep,appetite,mood and activity were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing could significantly relieve pain and reduce the effect of pain on sleep,appetite,mood and activity in advance cancer patient.
