富气冷却器管束腐蚀失效分析 被引量:3

摘要 某石化企业一台压缩机富气冷却器,使用时间仅2个月即发生大面积泄漏,管程循环水对换热管内壁造成严重腐蚀,腐蚀形貌为晶粒剥落,最大蚀坑深度为1.5 mm。针对影响压缩机富气冷却器腐蚀问题进行了深入分析,发现直接原因是09Cr2AlMoRE钢换热管与309L不锈钢管板堆焊层的管头异种钢焊接所致,腐蚀介质来源于管程循环水中的Cl^-和壳程湿硫化氢。提出了改善水质条件,将Cl^-质量浓度控制在50 mg/L以内及管板改为与换热管同材质的09Cr2AlMoRE钢锻件等建议和措施,提高了换热器的使用寿命。 A large area of leakage was occurred in a compressor rich gas cooler after using only for 2 months in a petrochemical company, because inner wall of heat exchanger tube was corroded seriously by circulating water in tube side. The morphology of corrosion presents a state of grain exfoliation, with a maximum depth of 1. 5 mm. Abnormal corrosion problem of the compressor air cooler was analyzed in depth, which discovers that the dissimilar steel welded joint between 09Cr2A1MoRE steel and 309L stainless steel is the direct reason for the problem, and corrosive medium contains chloride ion in the circulating water and wet hydrogen sulfide in the shell side. Suggestions were proposed in order to prolong the service life of heat exchanger, including that chloride ion mass concentration was controlled within 50 mg/L and tube material was replaced by 09Cr2A1MoRE steel.
