摘要
以南京地铁四号线花园路站一锁金村站盾构区间施工为背景,根据闪长岩硬岩地层避免盾构刀具磨损和偏磨严重、保护刀盘面板、提高硬岩地层推进速度为需求研制改进出盾构刀盘滚刀布置及设计的新方法。从科学的角度采用对硬岩地层推进时盾构刀盘进行受力分析,对施工过程中滚刀磨损及受力进行控制。
Based on shield tunneling of Huayuan Road Station-Suojincun Station on the 4th line of Nanjing Metro, this paper discusses how to protect the cutterhead face plate and improve the hard rock stratum propulsion by avoiding the cutter wear and serious abrasion of the hard rock formations of diorite A New Method to Improve the Arrangement and Design of Shield Cutter Hob.From a scientific point of view, the use of hard rock stratum propulsion cutter blade for stress analysis, the construction process of hob wear and stress control.
