摘要
目的:探讨成人期先天性肠扭转不良伴梗阻的临床表现、诊断和治疗手段。方法:结合本院1例成人期先天性肠扭转不良伴肠梗阻患者和阅读相关论文报道探讨该病的临床表现、诊断以及治疗方法。结果:该患者保守治疗无效后,行手术小肠部分切除,一期吻合,现已康复出院。结论:成人期先天性肠扭转不良伴梗阻极其罕见,在临床中特别容易误诊为其他消化系统疾病。患者可表现为长期的进食后恶心、呕吐,腹痛、腹胀。腹部CT平扫,全腹部强化CT以及上消化道造影有助于该病的明确诊断,该病需要手术治疗方可治愈。
Objective To explore adult congenial intestinal malrotation with obstruction clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. Method By means of combining one case of adult congenital volvulus with obstruction from our hospital with re-viewing related literature,it was aimed at exploring its clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment. Results The conservative treatment that the patient previously received was in vain. After receiving partial enterectomy and one - stage anastomosis,the patient has recovered uneventfully and been discharged. Conclusion It is rather rare to come across a case of adult congenital involvulus with obstruction, which can easily be misdiagnosed as other digestive system diseases. Patients may display such long - term symptoms as nausea, vomiting,abdominal pain and distension after eating food. Abdominal CT plain scanning,inten-sified full - abdominal CT scanning and Upper Gastrointestinal Imaging technique can contribute to a definite diagnosis. In order to get a full recovery,it is crucial to provide surgical treatment to the patients.
