摘要
为分析圆柱滚子包络环面蜗杆不同啮合方式对蜗杆传动性能的影响,基于微分几何与空间啮合原理建立圆柱滚子包络蜗杆传动的啮合方程;通过选取蜗轮旋转角得到普通环面、端面、内啮合3种典型蜗杆传动,利用诱导法曲率方程和润滑角方程对蜗杆传动进行啮合与润滑性能分析。研究结果表明:3种不同啮合方式的蜗杆润滑性能由高到低依次为圆柱滚子包络内啮合蜗杆、圆柱滚子包络端面蜗杆、圆柱滚子包络环面蜗杆;3种结构在啮合性能上无明显差距。该研究对滚子包络蜗杆传动的不同啮合段和参数的选取提供了参考。
In order to investigate the influence of different type for worm gear on the performance of cylindrical roller enveloping hourglass worm gear, the mathematical model of meshing functions and teeth surface equations are derived based on the theory of differ-ential geometry and gear meshing. Three different types of cylindrical roller enveloping worm gear are set through choosing proper rota-tional angle of worm wheel. Also, the meshing lubrication performance is analysed by numerical calculation of the induced normal cur-vature and lubrication angle functions. The results show that the three different types of cylindrical roller enveloping worm gear have dif-ferent lubrication performance, the performance order from high to low is: internal engagement worm gear, end face engagement worm gear, and normal enveloping worm gear. However, there is no obvious difference in meshing performance for the three types worm gears. The study provides a reference for the selection of different meshing segments and parameters of roller enveloping worm gearing.
