摘要
单宁酸是一种多酚类化合物,广泛存在于多种植物中。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,水解单宁酸具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗腹泻、抗病毒、抗寄生虫等多种功效,应用于畜禽生产中,可以减少抗生素或氧化锌的使用。本文主要综述了水解单宁酸在单胃动物生产中的应用及其作用机制,以期为单宁酸在实际生产中的应用提供参考。
Tannic acid is a kind of polyphenol compounds and widely exists in many kinds of plants.In recent years, more and more research found that the hydrolysized tannic acid has antibacterial, antioxidation, antidiarrhea, antivirus, an- tiparasites and other functions.It can be used in the production of livestock and poultry and reduce the use of antibiotics or zinc oxide.In this paper,the application of hydrolyzed tannic acid in monogastric animals production and its mechanism were reviewed,which aims to make reference for the practical application.
