摘要
针对单一的电能质量治理装置难以满足高速电力发展的需求问题,提出采用能够综合治理电压型、电流型电能质量问题的统一电能质量控制器(unified power quality conditioner,UPQC)的最佳解决方案。为此,总结和分析UPQC的拓扑结构和控制方案,提出2种与微电网相融合的UPQC拓扑结构形式;总结和分析UPQC的应用现状,阐述UPQC的应用需求及所面临的挑战,从拓扑结构、换流器协调配合控制、换流器高容错率设计等方面对UPQC进行展望。
In allusion to the problem of single power quality compensation device being difficutt to rapid electric power development, this paper presents an optimal solution of adopting unified power quality conditioner (UP-QC) to comprehensively solve voltage type and current type power quality problemr. After summarizing and analyzing topol-ogy structures and control schemes of UPQC,it presents two kinds of topology structures suitable to integrate with micro-grids. Meanwhile, it makes a summing up of application status quo of UPQC and states ts application requirements as well as challenges. Finally , in aspects of topology structure,coordination control method for the converter,design on high fautttolerance rate of the converter , and so on , it expects application prospect of UPQC.
