摘要
本研究以翠叶芦荟(Alone.barbadensis)、乌龙茶、蜂蜜为主要原料,采用β-CD包络芦荟汁中活性物质的技术方法.通过正交试验优选最佳工艺配方和适宜的复合稳定剂,首次成功研制了一种风味独特,口感良好的芦荟茶天然复合保健饮料。
In our study.we adopted Aloe barbadensis, Oolong Tea and honey as its major raw materials,and β-cyclodextrm to include andcomplex aloe juice.a techndogical method hich can keep on its activematerials in thejuice.We tested it by method of positive combinationand made up an excellent technological presription as well as asuitable compound stabilizer.Finally it is the first time in ournation that we have successfully de eloped out a new style of naturalcompound beverage,aloe teawhich tastes qulte specal and delicious,avaible of health protection.
