摘要
目前,卧式旋耕机是我国农业中主要使用的旋耕机类型,卧式旋耕机刀辊防缠效果的优劣,严重影响着旋耕机的作业质量和工作效率。为此,阐述了旋耕机刀辊缠绕原因、刀辊缠绕后对旋耕机作业质量的影响;并将现有刀辊防缠技术分为双轴刀辊联合作业、优化已有旋耕机刀辊、增大旋耕刀轴半径及增设其他类型粉碎刀等4大类,并详细介绍了4类防缠技术的原理、典型的防缠装置。最后,对旋耕机刀辊防缠技术进行了展望,旨在为我国旋耕机的研究提供参考。
Up untill present, horizontal rotary cultivator is the major rotary cultivator in agricultureof China, the anti-tan- gling effect have a vital influence on the performance and operating efficiency. Therefore, this paper explained the reason of tangling in blade axis of horizontal rotary cultivator and the effct of tangling on operating performance ; the anti-tangling technique of blade axis was classified as 4 categories : operate by 2 blade axes, optimize existing blade axes of rotary cul- tivator, enlarge the axis radius of rotary cultivator and add other crushing blades, elaborated the principle and devices of the 4 anti-tangling techniques ; At last, this paper made outlook about anti-tangling technique of blade axis on horizontal rotary cultivator, which provide a reference of rotary cultivator research in China.
