摘要
目的对嵌顿性混合痔的临床护理方式进行探讨分析。方法根据2011年2月—2013年6月我院接收的嵌顿型混合痔患者48例来进行研究分析,为患者提供了内扎外切术、复方亚甲蓝注射液创面、创缘皮下注射术、及术后中药熏洗坐浴,然后进行了护理。对临床护理方式进行观察分析。结果此次研究的患者住院时间12~18天,平均为(13.1±5.6)天,术后有7例患者排尿困难,占研究总数的14.58%,有4例患者虚脱,占总数的8.33%,有9例患者局部水肿,占研究总数的18.75%,术后有12例患者疼痛无法忍受,占总数的25.00%,经曲马多注射液治疗后,疼痛缓解,其余患者疼痛轻微,可以忍受;有3例患者在脱核期便后少量出血,占8.3%,此次研究没有发现大出血和肛门失禁病例,均治愈出院。结论临床中全面护理能够降低患者术后并发症发生率,让临床治愈率提升,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore The clinical nursing methods of incarcerated mixed hemorrhoid. Patients with pain unbearable, accounting for 25.00% of the total, with tramadol injection after treatment, pain relief, the remaining patients with slight pain, can endure; there were 3 patients in the removal of nuclear had bleeding after, accounted for 8.3%, the study found no bleeding and anal incontinence cases were cured. Conclusion Clinical comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the clinical cure rate, improve patients＇ satisfaction.
