摘要
目的研究分析影响驻外工作人员医疗保障水平的因素,为提高针对性保障能力提供依据。方法对部分单位派驻不同国家和地区的400名驻外工作人员医疗保障情况和保障需求进行问卷调查,通过相关分析及Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果所在地医疗技术水平、社会稳定因素与驻外工作人员的就医选择显著相关,进而影响其医疗保障需求。结论所在地医疗技术水平及社会稳定因素是驻外工作人员医疗保障的影响因素,需要探索建立模块化和个性化的医疗保障体系。
Objective To study and analyze the factors that influence the level of healthcare of staff working abroad and to provide data for improving the quality of healthcare. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on healtheareof 400 overseas staff members from some institutions Correlation analysis and Logistic regression equation were used to analyze influencing factors. Results There was a correlation between the heahhcare choices of the overseas staff and the levels of healthcare and social stabili- ty of the places where they work. Conclusion The level of healthcare and that of social stability are the factors that influence the quality of healthcare of overseas staff. There is a need to establish a modular and personalized system of heahhcare.
