摘要
目的分析营口市欲婚青年婚前医学检查结果及影响因素,为提高出生人口素质提供参考。方法依据卫生部《婚前保健工作规范》的要求,将常规婚检项目逐项检查,疾病诊断结合临床,依据2002年卫生部新修订《婚前保健工作规范》中疾病及异常的划分,将疾病及异常情况进行分类汇总。结果 3968名检查对象中,查出患病405例,疾病检出率10.2%;其中女性1972例,患病211例,疾病检出率10.7%;男性1996例,患病194例,疾病检出率9.7%;检出异常共计1019例,异常检出率25.7%。疾病中以生殖系统疾病为多,其次为内科疾病。异常中以男性包皮过长和女性妊娠居多。结论婚前保健工作有助于及时发现疾病、及时处理,对促进生殖健康有重要作用。
Objective To analyze the results of premarital medical examination and influencing factors in Yingkou. Methods Routine medical checkups combined with clinical diagnosis were conducted as required by the Premarital Heaithcare Codes of the Ministry of Health. Diseases and abnormalities detected were classified according to the Codes. Results 405 cases of illness were detected in 3968 subjects, and the disease detection rate was 10.2%. Among them, 1972 cases were females, 211 of whom were diagnosed with disease. The disease detection rate was 10.7%. 1996 of the subjects were males and 194 cases of disease were detected among them. The disease detection rate was 9.7%. There were 1019 cases of abnormalities, and the detection rate was 25.7%. Diseases of the reproductive system were dominating, followed by diseases related to internal medicine. Male pre- puce and female pregnancy were the most common abnormalities. Conclusion Premarital healthcare can help detect disease for timely treatment, which plays an important role in promoting reproductive health.
