摘要
目前,国内总体城市设计正在往空间管制工具的方向发展,其工作框架也处于探索和发展阶段,出现了从"总体+地段"到"总体+专项"的探索和尝试.在汕尾总体城市设计中,专项研究城市空间承载的历史性与纪念性,将空间发展纳入城市历史文化发展过程,深入分析这些空间的历史文化内涵,并落实到空间设计管理中,以突出城市的历史文化底蕴和城市特色.探索总体城市设计中历史性与纪念性的分析方法和设计管理技术.
Domestic urban design is oriented at spatial management,whose working framework “general ＋ location” to “general ＋ special” mode. Shanwei overall urban design takes the history and memorials of urban space as special subjects,integrates the development of space into the development of urban historyand culture, deeply analyzes the historical and cultural connotation of these urban spaces,and space design management to confirm and highlight the city＇s historical and cultural heritage and urban istics. Taking Shanwei as an example, this article discusses how to find and analyze historic and spots in a city,and argues the design management techniques.
