摘要 目的探讨时机理论在脑卒中患者家庭照顾者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将100名脑卒中患者的家庭照顾者随机分为对照组与实验组。对照组采用常规教育方法,实验组采取以时机理论为基础的健康教育方法。比较2组照顾者的照顾能力。结果进行健康教育6个月后,实验组照顾者的照顾能力好于对照组。结论以时机理论为基础的健康教育方法更有利于提高脑卒中患者家庭照顾者的照顾能力。 Objective To explore the effect of applying the timing- it-right framework in thehealth education of family caregivers of stroke survivors. Methods One hundred family caregivers of stroke survivors were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each of 50.The control group was given conventional education,while the observation group was provided with health education based on the timing-it-right framework. The caring ability of both groups was compared after a six-month intervention. Results After the intervention, the caring capacity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control geducation based on the timing-it-right framework is more conducive topromote the care abilityof caregivers for stroke survivors .
