钢结构辅助支撑的模态获取与分析

摘要 大尺度钢结构辅助支撑模态获取手段复杂,为此提出了一种简易的模态获取方法。首先以一钢结构的小尺寸辅助支撑为对象,建立了不同约束下的仿真模型,获取其模态;然后对其进行试验模态分析及扫频试验,通过分析试验结果,验证并修正了该结构的仿真模型,论证了该结构模态分析数值仿真建模和边界简化方法的可靠性;最后,基于该数值仿真方法,完成了一轨道车辆门的大尺度钢结构辅助支撑的模态获取与分析。 The modal obtainment of the large size auxiliary support is hard, so this paper presents a numerical simulation model method to obtain its modes. Firstly,a little size steel structure auxiliary support is taken as the research object, and its numerical simulation model with different constraint is established to analyze the its modes, then the experimental modal analysis and frequency scanning test of the practicality model are conducted, by the comparison between numerical simulation analysis results and the practical tests results, the numerical simulation model is verified to be correct. Finally, based on previous numerical simulation model methods that has been verified, the modal obtainment and analysis of the large size steel structure auxiliary support of railway vehicle door is completed, which has a certain engineering significance.
