蓟县第一小学学生健康素养综合干预调查 被引量:3

Survey on comprehensive intervention of healthy literacy among pupils in Jixian First Primary School

摘要 目的了解蓟县第一小学一年级学生健康素养综合干预前后基本卫生知识知晓水平,为制定小学生健康素养综合干预措施提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法对蓟县第一小学一年级学生进行健康素养调查,调查结束后,进行一年的干预,形式包括:健康教育课为主,结合校园广播、班级黑板报、校内宣传栏和健康知识讲座、健康知识小报制作评选等活动形式。干预结束后进行效果评估。结果干预前后各回收有效问卷512和532份,干预后小学生基本知识和理念知晓率、健康生活方式与行为形成率和基本技能掌握率分别由干预前的69.60%、51.79%和53.32%上升到82.45%、83.62%和76.55%,基本健康素养知识总知晓率由干预前的60.01%上升到81.53%,干预后高于干预前(P<0.01)。结论蓟县第一小学一年级小学生健康素养综合干预后知识知晓率显著提高,健康教育课、校园广播、健康知识讲座等是学校开展健康素养综合干预的有效措施。 Objective To understand the awareness level of basic health knowledge among grade one pupils in Jixian first primary school before and after comprehensive intervention of healthy literacy, so as to provide the basis for working out comprehensive intervention measures among the pupils. Methods The method of cluster sampling was adopted to conduct a survey among grade one pupils on health literacy in Jjixian first primary school,after the investigation, a year of intervention was made, including: health education as given priority, combined with the campus broadcast, class blackboard newspaper, campus publicity column and health knowledge, health knowledge lecture tabloids selection, and other forms of activities. After the intervention,effect assessment was made. Results A total of 512 and 532 questionnaires were recovered before and after the investigation, after the investigation, the pupils" basic knowledge and concept awareness, healthy lifestyle and behavior formation rate and basic skills, increased from 69.60 %, 5 t. 79 % and 53.32 % before the intervention to 82. 450/00,83.62% and 76.55% respectively. And the total awareness of basic health literacy increased from 60.01% to 81.53%,higher after the intervention than that before the intervention (P d0.01). Conclusion The awareness rate of health knowledge among grade one pupils in Jixian first primary school has significantly improved in healthy literacy after the intervention. And health education classes, campus radio, health knowledge lectures and others are effective measures for the schools to carry out comprehensive intervention in healthy literacy.
