摘要
目的:对临床护理路径在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果进行探讨。方法:以笔者所在医院2014年3月-2015年9月收治的136例新发糖尿病住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组68例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者则在此基础上给予临床护理路径。两组患者分别于治疗前后进行自拟糖尿病相关知识问卷调查,并于结束治疗时对护理满意度进行评定,比较分析其结果。结果:护理后两组患者血糖、用药、饮食、运动、并发症及其他常识方面的得分均较护理前有明显提高,且观察组患者各项得分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者非常满意例数明显多于对照组,且不满意例数则明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径可有效提高患者对糖尿病相关知识的认知程度,同时对改善护理质量和医患关系也有着积极的作用。
Objective: To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the application of health education for diabetics.Method: 136 cases of new- onset diabetics admitted in the author's hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected, which were randomly divided into the observation group(68 cases) and the control group(68 cases).The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given extra clinical nursing path.Diabetes knowledge questionnaires were conducted for both of the groups before and after the treatments.Nursing satisfaction evaluations after treatments were also conducted. Afterward, the results were analyzed.Result: The scores of blood sugar, medication, diet, exercise, complications, and other common sense of the two groups were obviously improved after nursing care.The scores of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Moreover, comparing the satisfaction levels of the two groups, the patients with great satisfaction of observation group were significantly more than that of control group.While the number of patients with dissatisfaction of observation group was less than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Condusion: The clinieal nursing path can improve related knowledge cognitianofdiahetics, and can also improve the nursing quality, which plays a positive role in the doctor-patient relationship.
