机械力化学改性白云母增强聚丙烯复合材料 被引量:7

Polypropylene-based Composites Reinforced with Mechano-Chemical Modified Muscovite

摘要 利用高能球磨机,通过机械力化学作用对白云母进行改性,即硅烷偶联剂(KH550)/石蜡改性白云母(M-KP)和KH550/癸二酸改性白云母(M-KS),通过扫描电子显微镜、热重分析、Fourier红外、接触角仪、激光粒度仪对改性白云母进行表征,然后将未改性白云母、M-KP、M-KS与聚丙烯(PP)共混。结果表明:改性后,白云母的亲油性、分散性均得到提高,M-KP、M-KS的接触角由未改性白云母的0°分别提高到23.8°、51.3°,沉降值由2 mL分别提高到13.5、17.5 mL,吸油值由1.6 mL/g降低到0.75、0.85 mL/g,且PP/白云母复合材料的力学性能得到有效改善,当M-KP、M-KS添加量为25%时,PP/M-KP和PP/M-KS的断裂伸长率分别比PP/未改性白云母的提高了38.63%、32.62%,缺口冲击强度分别提高了34.11%、14.11%,拉伸强度分别提高了14.4%、7.3%。 Abstraet: KH550/paraffin modified muscovite (M-KP) and KH550/sebacic acid modified muscovite (M-KS) were prepared by a mechano-chemical process in a high-energy ball mill. The structure and properties of modified muscovites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetry, Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy, contact angle measurement and laser seattering analysis, respectively. The results show that the hydrophobic property and dispersity of the muscovite can be improved. Compared to the unmodified muscovite, the contact angle of muscovite modified with M-KP or M-KS increases to 23.8 ° or 51.3°, the sedimentation value increases to 13.5 mL or 17.5 mL and the oil-absorption value decreases to 0.75 mL/g or 0.85 mL/g. The mechanical properties of composites are improved significantly. Compared to polypropylene (PP)/muscovite, the elongation at break of PP/M-KP or PP/M-KS is increased by 38.63% or 32.62%, the notched impact strength is increased by 34.11% or 14.11%, and the tensile strength is increased by 14.4% or 7.3% when the amount of adding M-KP or M-KS is 25%.
