Treatment of Two-segment Lumbar Disc Herniation With Percunneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy by BEIS Technology

摘要 目的评价椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗两节段腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2015年12月—2017年1月在我科治疗的31例两节段腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,年龄(34.3±7.8)岁。行经皮椎间孔镜下BEIS技术两节段椎间盘髓核摘除术。比较术前、术后1个月及末次随访时的腰椎Oswestry功能指数(ODI)、疼痛VAS评分、腰椎总活动度(ROM)。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间(7.2±2.1)个月。术前ODI为(67.4±6.1)%,术后1个月和末次随访时分别为(18.2±2.08)%和(9.37±2.2)%,与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前VAS评分:(7.12±1.06)分,术后1个月和末次随访时分别为(2.11±0.42)分和(1.09±0.37)分,与术前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前ROM为(14.3±8.15)°,术后1个月和随访时分别为(48.3±5.13)°和(60.3±9.47)°,与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗两节段腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床疗效,安全、微创。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacies of treatment of two-segment lumbar disc herniation with percunneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy by BEIS technology, Methods From December 2015 to January 2017, the data of 31 patients with two-segment lumbar disc herniation who underwent percunneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy by BEIS technology were analyzed, (34.3±7.8) years old. Percutaneous discectomy with BEIS technique and two segment discectomy. The lumbar Oswestry function index (OD1), the pain VAS score, and the lumbar spine total motion (ROM) were compared at 1 months and at the last follow-up. Results All patients were followed up for (7.2±2.1) months. The preoperative ODI was (67.4±6.1)%, the postoperative 1 months and the final follow- up were (18.2±2.08)% and (9.37±2.2)%, compared with the preoperative difference (P〈0.05). The preoperative VAS score was (7.12±1.06) points, respectively, (2.11±0.42) and (1.09±0.37) at 1 months and last follow-up, respectively. Compared with before operation, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The preoperative ROM was (14.34±15)°, and the postoperative I months and the follow- up were (48.3±5.13)°, and (60.3±9.47) °, compared with the preoperative (P〈0.05), Conclusion Treatment of two-segment lumbar disc herniation with percunneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy by BEIS technology has good clinical efficacy, safe and minimally invasive.
