摘要
以玉米自交系C7-2为供体、lx9801为受体所构建的一批含有杂种优势位点的单片段代换系10su076-3为材料,利用供体染色体片段(C7-2)两端的纯合分子标记对单片段代换系与轮回亲本lx9801构建的BC_7F_2分离群体的单粒胚乳进行分析,筛选含有穗粗杂种优势位点的交换单株,主要目的是对控制穗粗杂种优势的位点进行定位。通过对不同交换单株与自交系郑58的杂交组合、对照杂交种鲁单9002的穗粗表型进行鉴定,最终将控制穗粗杂种优势位点定位在2号染色体上2.04 bin。
In this study, a set of chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs)population, which had the heterotic loci, was constructed using the inbred line lx9801 as the receptor parent and the inbred line C7-2 as he donor parent. The endosperms of BC7F2 segregation population was analyzed by homozygous molecular markers at both ends of the donor chromosome fragment(C7-2).Recombinant, which had the heterotic loci, was screened out, the main purpose of this paper was to locate the heterotic loci controlling the ear width. Finally, the heterotic loci was located on 2.04 bin of chromosome 2 by identifying the ear width of test hybrid(CSSLs ×Zheng58)and CK(lx9801×Zheng58).
