QuEChERS结合UHPLC-MS/MS及GC-MS/MS测定黄秋葵中多种农药残留 被引量:12

Determination of multiple pesticide residues in okra by GC-MS/MS and UHPLC-MS/MS with QuEChERS extraction method

摘要 采用优化的QuEChERS前处理方法,结合程序升温进样-气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱仪(PTV-GC-MS/MS)及超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪(UHPLC-MS/MS)同时测定黄秋葵中的172种农药残留量。采用优化的QuEChERS前处理方法,对黄秋葵样品中农药进行提取、净化,用PTV-GC-MS/MS及UHPLC-MS/MS进行测定。172种农药线性良好,检出限(LOD)为0.00050~0.0080 mg/kg,在3个添加水平下的平均回收率为60%~125%,相对标准偏差在3.0%~10%。方法具有简单、快速、准确灵敏等特点,为GC-M S/M S及HPLC-M S/M S测定黄秋葵中多种农药残留的研究提供可靠有效的数据支持。 In this study, 172 pesticide residues in okra were determined by an optimized QuEChERS method combined with a temperature-programmed triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (PTV-GC-MS/MS) and ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The pesticide in okra was extracted and purified by using the optimized QuEChERS pretreatment method and determination by PTV-GC-MS/MS and UHPLC-MS/MS. The linearities of 172 pesticides were good and the detection limits (LOD) ranged from 0. 00050 to 0. 0080 mg/kg. The average recoveries were 60% - 125% and the relative standard deviations were 3.0% - 10.0% at the three addition levels. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, and provides reliable and valid data support for GC-MS / MS and UHPLC-MS/MS determination of various pesticide residues in Okra.
