摘要
本科教学培养计划是高等教育培养人才的重要纲领文件,结合"食品科学与工程"专业本科教学计划的制定,从培养创新型人才的目标出发,就理念更新、课程设置、教学方法以及实践能力、创新能力培养、综合素质提高等几个方面的培养模式和改革进行了探讨,提出了新形势下培养"食品科学与工程"专业创新型人才的建议。以期对"食品科学与工程"专业的本科教育改革有所借鉴。
Undergraduate course teaching program is an important document, combined with undergraduate course teaching program of food science and engineering speciality and the aim of training innovate person, renewal concept, based on courses setup, teaching methods, practice ability training, scientific research innovation ability and integrate diathesis improving and so on, which of training pattern reform are discussed. Suggest that training food science and engineering speciality innovate person under new position is brought forward. It can be used for reference on education reform of food science and engineering.
