摘要
采用费氏粒度分别为2.5μm和1.0μm的WC粉和Co粉为原料粉末,以ZrO_2(3Y)、CeO_2为添加剂,制备WC-6%Co硬质合金试样,研究了不同添加剂对WC-6%Co硬质合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,ZrO_2(3Y)呈球形弥散分布于粘结相中,提高了硬质合金的抗弯强度,但对WC晶粒度无明显影响;CeO_2能细化WC晶粒,减小硬质合金的孔隙,使硬质合金组织分布均匀,抗弯强度提高。
Abstract. WC-6 %Co cemented carbide samples were prepared with WC powder (FSSS= 2.5 μm) and Co powder (FSSS= 1.0 μm) as the raw material and ZrO2 (3Y) and CeO2 as the additive. The influence was investigated of different additives on microstructure and properties of WC-6%Co cemented carbide. The results show the ZrO2 (3Y) is dispersed in the binder phase in spherical form to improve bending strength of the alloy without significant effect on the grain size of WC. CeO2 can refine the WC grains,re- duce the porosity of cemented carbide and result in uniform microstructure distribution and improved ben- ding strength of the alloy.
