摘要
以1-萘甲醛、9-蒽醛和苯胺、对苯二胺及1,5-二氨基萘为原料合成5种稠环芳烃Schiff碱.采用加热回流和超声辅助合成1-萘甲醛缩苯胺时,发现超声辅助使反应时间由加热回流的8 h缩短到3 h,产率由加热回流的66.38%提高到83.11%,这一结果表明超声辅助不仅可以缩短反应时间,而且能够显著提高反应产率.因此,在超声辅助下合成了稠环芳烃Schiff碱,反应时间仅在2~4 h之间,产率在83.8%~91.6%之间.5种Schiff碱化合物均由一步反应得到,反应无需加热,无需催化剂.目标产物经1HNMR,IR,ESI-MS和UV-Vis表征确认.
In this paper, five polycyclic aromatic Schiff bases were synthesized via the reactions of polycyclic aromatic aldehydes (1-naphthaldehyde and 9-anthracene aldehyde) with three amines ( aniline, p-phenylenediamine and 1,5-naphthalene diamine). It was found that the reflux time forth econdensation reaction betweenl-naphthaldehydeand aniline to 1-phenyl-3-naphthalenemethanamine could be reduced from 8 h to 3 h with the assistant of ultrasonic irradiation. Moreover, the product yield was increased from 66.38% to 83.11%. This means that the ultrasonic irradiation cannot only shorten the reaction time but can also remarkably improve the product yield. Therefore, in the following experiments all the polycyclic aromatic Schiff bases were synthesized under ultrasonic irradiation without using heating and catalysts. The reactions were carried out for 2 to 4 h and the product yields were in the range of 83.8% to 91.6%. All the target products have been confirmed by characterization using 1HNMR, IR, ESI-MS and UV-VIS.
