摘要
目的探讨在二级综合医院出院电子病历归档管理中开展品管圈活动的效果。方法将品管圈活动应用于提高电子病历三日归档率、七日归档率工作之中,按照品管圈活动的主题选定、计划拟定、现状把握、目标设定、要因解析、对策拟定等步骤开展活动,对比活动前后2015年9月1日-2015年9月30日和2016年9月1日-2016年9月30日出院的电子病历三日归档率和七日归档率,评价活动的有形成果及无形成果。结果通过品管圈活动,全院三日归档率由32.3%提高到58.5%,各临床科室三日归档率均提高15~30%,差异有统计学意义;全院七日归档率由67.5%提高到91.6%,各临床科室七日归档率均提高10~20%,差异有统计学意义。结论本次品管圈活动能明显提高出院电子病历归档率,提高圈员们的责任心、沟通能力、专业知识、解决问题的能力、团队精神、工作积极性,促进品管手法的掌握。
Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control of electronic discharged medical records archive rate in a second level general control circle activities in the work of the improvement of electronic discharged circle activities in the improvement hospital. Methods To adopt quality medical records archive rate within three or seven days, and carry out the activities according to the theme selection, planning, current situation, goal setting, through analysis and countermeasures proposed, finally compare the archive rate within three or seven days before and after the activities from 1st to 30th in September 2015 and 1st to 30th in September 2016, evaluate the visible and invisible results. Results Through the quality control circle activities, the archive rate within three days increased from 32. 3% to 58.5%, and each department increased 15%-30%, the difference had statistical significance. The archive rate within seven days increased from 67.5% to 91.6%, and each department increased 10%-20%, the difference had statistical significance. Conclusions The application of quality control circle activities could improve the electronic discharged medical records archive rate obviously, communication skills, professional knowledge and problem solving skills, team the grasp of quality control methods. enhance the sense of responsibility, spirit and work enthusiasm, promote
