临床路径教学法在肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:21

摘要 目的观察肿瘤科在住院医师规范化培训中应用临床路径教学法的效果。方法选取某医科大学附属医院肿瘤科2014年-2016年住院医师规范化培训的住院医师共63名为研究对象,随机分为试验组32名,采用临床路径式教学法;对照组31名,采用传统教学方法,针对两种教学效果进行比较。结果实验组考核成绩专业基础理论(60±6.67)分,基本操作能力(23±7.49)分,明显优于对照组(53±8.20及19±7.35分),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组在学习自主性、有效医患沟通能力、文件检索能力、临床逻辑思维能力的提高显著优于对照组,P<0.05。实验组教学满意度91%,对照组71%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论临床路径教学法在肿瘤住院医师规范化培训中较传统教学方法明显提高了住院医师考核成绩、学习思维能力,并且得到更高的学生满意度,值得临床教学进一步推广。 Objectives To observe the effect of clinical pathway teaching method in the resident standardization training in oncology department. Methods 63 students of resident standardization training were randomly selected as research objects from 2014 to 2016 in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group including 32 students, and the control group including 31 students. The clinical pathway type teaching method was used in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group, then conducted a comparative analysis on the teaching effect between the two groups. Results In the teaching of oncology the clinical pathway type teaching method was obviously superior to the traditional teaching method. (The basic theory: 53±8.20VS19±7.35, P〈0.05; Comprehensive ability, P〈0.05; satisfaction of teaching: 91%VS71%, P〈0. 05). Conclusions The teaching method of clinical pathway in hospital compared with the traditional teaching method of standardized training for residents in the tumor, can significantly improve the learning ability of thinking, and the resident assessment scores, higher student satisfaction, worthy of further promotion in clinical teaching.
