摘要
黄酮类化合物广泛存在于自然界中,而竹叶中含有丰富的黄酮类化合物,该类物质有较高的食用和药用价值,可进一步加工成保健食品、药品、化妆品和食品添加剂等。因此竹叶黄酮类化合物已经成为近年来的研究热点,本文主要综述了竹叶黄酮类化合物的各种提取工艺方法和新技术的研究进展,为竹叶黄酮类化合物的纯化、含量测定等后期研究提供一定的参考。
Flavonoids are widely found in nature. Bamboo leaves contain abundant llavonolOs, tins Kma ox rnatela,has high edible and medicinal value. It can be further processed into health food, medicine, cosmetics and food additives,etc. So flavonoids compounds are becoming a research hotspot in recent years. The extraction technology of bamboo leavesflavonoids and research progress of new technology were mainly summarized, to provide a reference for the further researchof the bamboo leaves flavonoids, such as purification, determination.
