Waveflex内固定系统在多节段腰椎退行性疾病术中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价Waveflex内固定系统联合后路腰椎椎体间融合术(PLIF)治疗多节段腰椎退行性疾病的早期疗效。方法回顾性分析自2013-01—2015-12采用Waveflex内固定系统联合PLIF治疗的25例多节段腰椎退行性疾病。记录术前、术后3个月及末次随访时VAS评分、ODI指数,术前、术后2 d及末次随访测量腰椎前凸角(LA)、动态固定节段椎间隙高度(DSH)、椎间孔高度(HIF)。结果 25例获得随访8~29个月,平均17个月。术后3个月、末次随访时VAS评分、ODI指数明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但末次随访时与术后3个月比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后2 d、末次随访时LA、DSH、HIF优于术前,但末次随访与术后2 d比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Waveflex内固定系统联合PLIF能有效改善患者临床症状,维持脊柱稳定性,保留一定腰椎活动度,延缓融合相邻节段退变。
