摘要
目的:研究川芎的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、大孔吸附树脂、反相C18、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等方法对川芎化学成分进行分离纯化,运用MS、NMR等波谱手段进行结构鉴定。结果:从川芎乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物中分离得到了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:苄醇β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、4-甲氧基-3-羟基苯甲酸(2)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(3)、绿原酸(4)、阿魏酸(5)、5-羟甲基糠醛(6)、α-羟基二十四烷酸(7)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(8)。结论:其中,化合物2、3和7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1-3、7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Ligusticum chuanxiong.Methods:The compounds were separated and repeatedly purified by column chromatography by silica gel,macroperous resin,Rp C18 chromatography,and Sephadex LH-20,preparative TLC,and semi-preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by NMR and MS spectroscopic analysis.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from the Et OAc and n-butanol extracts of Ligusticum chuanxiong,and their structures were identified as benzyl β-D-glucopyranoside(1),4-methoxy-3-hydroxybenzoic acid(2),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(3),chlorogenic acid(4),ferulic acid(5),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural(6),α-hydroxytetracosanoic acid(7) and dibutyl phthalate(8).Conclusion:Compounds 2,3,7 are isolated fromLigusticum genus for the first time,and compounds 1-3 and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
