摘要
以LXB工程水源工程TBM施工段为典型案例,结合工程特点设计并使用TBM同步仰拱衬砌台车,以加快TBM运行中仰拱混凝土的施工。在已有技术的基础上进行了优化创新,台车断面采用非对称布置形式,避让连续皮带机;台车设置6个16 m长的工作区,合理布置清渣、钢筋绑扎、止水安装、模板安装、浇筑、养护等工序;充分考虑台车内双线通行以及车载混凝土搅拌罐的穿行,设计使用升降坡轨道连接装置,实现与TBM正常轨道的搭接过渡。工程实践表明,在保证不影响TBM施工的情况下,单台车月均可完成仰拱衬砌546 m,既能达到与TBM掘进同步施工的效果,又能达到缩短工期的目的。该设计在地下隧洞施工中具有广阔的推广前景。
By taking the TBM construction section of the water source project for LXB Project as a typical case, the TBM syn- chronous inverted arch lining shutter is designed and applied in combination with the characteristics of the project, so as to speed up the concrete construction of the inverted arch during the operation of TBM. On the basis of the existing techniques, the relevant optimization and innovation are made, i.e. the asymmetric layout is adopted for the cross-section of the lining shutter for the collision avoidance against the continuous conveyor, while 6 working zones with each length of 16 m are ar- ranged for the lining shutter and the working processes of slag-cleaning, reinforcement binding, water-stop and shuttering installations, concrete placement and curing, etc. are reasonably arranged, for which double-line traffic and passing through of concrete mixing carrier in the lining shutter are fully considered ; and furthermore, the connection facility of lift- ing slope track is designed and used as well, thus the lapping transition with the normal track for TBM is realized. The en- gineering practice shows that under the condition of that no any impacts are there on the construction of TBM, the inverted arch lining of 546 m can be completed per shutter monthly, not only the effect of the synchronous construction with the TBM excavation can be reached, but the target of shortening the construction period can also be got. The design has a broad pros- pect of popularization in underground tunnel construction.
