摘要
对国内现有中职"双师型"教师资格认定相关政策文件分析发现,当前我国中职"双师型"教师资格认定存在着标准不统一、程序不规范、结果不权威等问题,其主要原因在于认识上对"双师型"教师资格标准没有形成共识、操作上存在诸多现实困难,从而导致认定工作的混乱和无序。研究认为,目前"双师型"教师资格认定面临着科学合理性、可操作性、权威性等三方面的挑战,为此,应在政策上明确"双师型"教师的标准、完善"双师型"教师资格认定机制和管理机制。
Analysis on the qualification recognition of dual-qualification teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools finds that currently there are many problems in the qualification recognition of dual-qualification teachers in secondary vocational schools in China, for example, the standards are not unified, the procedures are not standardized, and the results are not authoritative. The main reasons for this lies in it does not form a consensus to the qualification standards of dual-qualification teachers on understanding, and there are many practical difficulties in the operation, which lead to the chaos and disorder of the recognition. In the author opinion, at present, the qualification recognition of dual-qualification teachers is faced with the test of scientific rationality, operability, authority and so on. Therefore, three proposals are offered to develop the recognition standard for dual-qualification teachers: improve and perfect the qualification accreditation system and management system for dual-qualification teachers.
