摘要 目的:研究和分析不同的清洗方法对手术器械生锈情况的影响。方法:将笔者所在医院2013年12月-2016年10月手术室使用的52套妇产科人流器械,每套有27件金属器材,将52套手术器材随机分为三组,A组18套,B组和C组各17套。A组采用LK超声清洗机进行清洗,B组器械则采用全自动清洗机进行清洗,C组器械则采用手工清洗的方法进行处理,每组器械在使用相同次数之后使用三种不同方法进行清洗,观察三组器械清洗后的生锈率及清洗的质量,并进行比较分析。结果:经过不同的清洗方法清洗后,A组器械的生锈率(0.21%)和合格率(98.97%)与B组和C组的生锈率及合格率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且B组生锈率和合格率与C组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于其他清洗方法,超声清洗机清洗器械可取得较好的清洗效果,且对于生锈也有较好的预防作用,延长了器械的使用时间,可在临床推广使用。 Objective: To study and analyze the influence of different cleaning methods on the rust of surgical instruments.Method: In our hospital from December 2013 to October 2016, 52 sets of operation room obstetrics flow equipment were selected, each with 27 pieces of metal equipment.52 sets of surgery were randomly divided into three groups, namely group A contained 18 sets, group B and group C each 17 sets.Group A was treated with LK ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning equipment, group B was used full automatic cleaning machine for cleaning, group C equipment was processed by manual cleaning method. Each group was cleaned using three different methods after using the same number of times.Observed three groups of pretreatment methods of cleaning equipment and cleaning rust rate quality.Result: After cleaning, rust rate(0.21%) and qualified rate(98.97%) in group A were better than those of group B and group C, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05) ; rust rate and qualified rate of group B were better than those of group C, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Compared with other cleaning methods, cleaning equipment of ultrasonic cleaning can achieve better cleaning effect, and also has good effect for preventing rust, prolong the using time of the instrument, which can be used in clinical vractice.
