摘要
图书采购渠道对馆藏图书的品种、质量具有重要的影响。文章从品种与质量控制的维度,对目前流行的现采、订购渠道进行对比分析。品种维度主要从总品种数、年度品种数、供全率三个指标进行对比分析;质量维度主要从当年新书率、往期新书率、预告新书率、订到率、订准率及核心出版社覆盖率等六个指标进行比较分析,并具体以桂林师范高等专科学校图书馆为例。通过品种、质量控制维度对现采与订购渠道的优劣进行比较分析,找出对馆藏图书品种与质量影响的差异性,以期为图书采访采购与馆藏资源建设提供依据。
Books purchasing channels have great influence on books varieties and qualities. From the dimension of variety and quality control, the current popular procurement and purchasing channels were analyzed. The dimension of variety includes the total number of varieties, the annual number of varieties and the rate of all and can be analyzed from these three indexes. The dimension of quality includes the rate of new books, the rate of new books of the past years, the rate of books forecasting, the rate of orders finishing, the rate of accurate ordering, and the coverage of core presses and can be analyzed from these six indexes. The analysis was illustrated by the indexes from Guilin Normal College library. With the indexes of the variety and quality control, we can carry out comparative analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the procurement and purchasing channels to find out the difference of their impact on the collection varieties and qualities of the books, which will provide some suggestions for book purchasing and collection construction.
