摘要
目的:探究重庆地区6个月~2岁儿童血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平及性别差异,确定不同年龄段的参考值范围。方法:选取418例健康儿童并采集静脉血,用化学发光法定量测定血清中的AFP含量,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:418例儿童按年龄分4组,各组间AFP测定结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);1.5~2岁组与成人比较差异无统计学意义;分性别进行比较,各年龄组男女之间比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);重庆地区6个月~2岁儿童血清AFP参考值范围为6~9个月组<42.04 ng/mL,>9~12个月组<15.13 ng/mL,>1~1.5岁组<9.50 ng/mL,>1.5~2岁组<7.25 ng/mL。结论:健康儿童血清AFP水平随年龄增长呈递减趋势,1岁6个月后接近成人水平,男女之间无性别差异;不同实验室宜根据环境及自身条件制定不同年龄段的AFP参考值范围,诊断相关疾病时宜参考本地区儿童AFP正常参考值。
Objective： To explore the differences of 6 months to 2 years old children＇ s serum alpha fetoprotein （AFP） levels and gender in Chougqing area, to determine the reference value range of different ages. Methods： A total of 418 healthy children were selected, venous blood was collected, the AFP levels of serum were quantitative determined by chemiluminescence, and the detection results were statistically analyzed. Results： A total of 418 healthy children were divided into four groups according to the age, in each group AFP determination results were statistical significance （P〈0. O1 ）. One year and six months to two years group had no significant difference compared with adult group. Gender comparison between male and female in different age group had no statistical significance （P〉0. 05 ）. The serum AFP normal value reference range： in 6 to 9 month group was 〈42.04 ng/mL, 〉9 to 12 months group was 〈15.13 ng/mL, 〉1 to 1.5 years group was 〈9.50 ng/mL, in one year and six months to two years group was 〈7. 25 ng/mL Conclusion： Serum AFP levels in healthy children would decrease along with the age growth trend, and serum AFP level of one year and six months approaching adult level, no gender difference between male and female. Different laboratories should be according to the environment and their own conditions to set up the different reference value ranges of AFP with age paragraph, to diagnose related diseases should refer to the local normal reference value of children.
